Customization Options for Apparel
The most common customization options for apparel is going to be screen printing or embroidery. Screen printing at Logo Depot does require a minimum of 12 pieces. This is because of the effort and time required to set up a screen printing job. Since most of the hard work is in the setup portion, we do offer multiple price breaks for increased quantities. You can always contact us for a free quote – we just need the type of shirt, sizes, colors, and approximate quantities to get you started.
We get calls all the time asking us what our minimums for embroidery is and the answer is that there are none! The most expensive part of the embroidery process is going to be setting up your image or logo for embroidery. In order for our machines to be able to embroider something, an image must be digitized first. Digitizing is the process of converting your image to a file that our embroidery machines can read. The digitizing fee is charged according to the stitch count – more detailed images are going to have a higher stitch count.
Additionally, we also base the cost of embroidery on the stitch count of the image being embroidered. Once your image is digitized, we keep it on file here at Logo Depot and you are able to get your items embroidered any time in the future. Feel free to contact us for a quote – if you have a hi-res version of your image just send it to us and we’ll be able to figure out the approximate stitch count. We also offer price breaks for larger quantities with the first price break at only 7 pieces.
